Is the upper rudder bearing flanged (does it penetrate into its aluminum support), or is it mounted entirely above the top of the rudder brake housing? ( I have a photo, but do not understand how to place it into this block.)

What size sail slides (or slugs) are to be used in a 1986 Duetta 94? I purchased mine used, and the previous owner installed slides too small, as they frequently bind in the slot (or track, groove) when the sail is raised or lowered. Where can proper slides be purchased? Providing size in mm is fine ...
